James and Erin Gehrke live in Turlock, Ca. James is the Pastor at Valley Hope Community Church. We have two kids; Lexie, 3 and Jackson, 2. We love working at camp because God used camps in our lives to change us and so we want to be used by God to help others in their walk with God.

Steve Glehill - WOL Missionary Camp Administrator

Steve Gledhill Desiring to be a catalyst to motivate, equip and sustain local churches committed to breaking through the status quo, speaker and program coordinator Steve Gledhill has a passion for reaching and teaching young people. His desire is to reach as many as he can to insure their eternal destiny and secure the ability for them to live a life with real meaning and purpose. Steve placed his trust in Christ in 1973. In 1981 he and his wife Susan joined the staff of Word of Life Local Church Ministries, convinced that as Word of Life Missionaries they could reach more young people with Word of Life Clubs than as a youth leader in one local church. Steve's involvement at West Coast Camp reflects his love for young people and his commitment to help churches that are willing to establish a youth ministry that can sustain long-term Biblical success.

Jeff Breshears - Vertical LIfe Ministries President, Camp Administrator

Pastor Jeff Breshears is a veteran Youth Pastor and Minister of the Gospel. Jeff has over fifteen years of youth ministry experience. In November of 2006 he formed Vertical Life, Inc. Vertical Life is a nonprofit ministry whose goals are youth evangelism, short term missions, and equipping the local church to reach youth.
Vertical Life has a partnership with SCORE International to mobilize youth and adults to the mission field. Jeff serves as an Executive Associate with Word of Life Local Church Ministries. He is a campus chaplain in association with Youth for Christ and serves on public school campuses.
Jeff’s experience and insight into youth culture brings a unique understanding of the issues facing those who desire to have an impact in the lives of students today.

Steve Gledhill has served as a Word of Life Missionary since 1981. He has a passion for reaching and teaching young people. Steve's involvement at West Coast Camp reflects his love for young people and his commitment to help churches that are willing to establish a youth ministry that can sustain long-term Biblical success. Steve is a gifted evangelist and communicator. Teen campers will appreciate his straight forward style and his genuine love for the Word.

Pastor Greg is the Senior Pastor of Victor Community Church in Victor, NY.� He has 15 years of ministry experience, with 7 of those as a Children’s Pastor in California (where the kids referred to him as “PG!”).� He also served as the Junior Camp Director in 2009 at West Coast Camp. �Pastor Greg is passionate about ministry and loves children.� He brings an enthusiastic message of life change with a creative and engaging delivery.� Junior Campers will enjoy his familiar presence as he brings a daily challenge from the Bible.
